BOSTON -- Following a 2-0 start to the spring campaign, the Eagles built on their strong start over the weekend, placing in the top-five in each of their four regattas, including a second-place finish at the Geiger Team Race and a third-place finish at the Camel Fleet Race. They placed fourth in the Team Race invite at Harvard, and rounded it out with a fifth-place finish in the Southern New England Team Race.
In the Ivan Geiger Team Race regatta hosted by MIT, the Eagles won 16 of 21 races. Led by skippers Robert Hunter, Michaela O'Brien, and Libby Redmond, and crew Emma Batcher, Laura Ferraris, and Lourdes Gallo, they only finished behind the host Engineers in the field of eight.
