ATLANTA, Ga. – The Boston College volleyball team (11-4, 2-0 ACC) capped off the opening weekend of conference play with a five-set win over Georgia Tech, Sunday afternoon in Atlanta. The Eagles hopped out to an early 2-0 lead in the match before the Yellow Jackets bounced back, winning the next two sets to force a fifth which BC would ultimately take, 15-11. The win marks the second straight year that the Eagles have opened conference play with a 2-0 record.
Junior led the offensive effort for the Eagles, tallying 16 kills on the day while senior added 15.
