CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College senior Paige Duca and graduate student Conor Mullins have been named the Nissan Eagles of the Week for their performances this past weekend.
Competing at the Ocean State Invitational on Friday night, Duca captured the 3,000-meter steeplechase title. Duca led gun-to-tape in running a 10:25.34 on the Ray Treacy Track at Providence College.
Mullins earned three singles victories for the men's tennis team, including two in ACC play. The Lloyd Harbor, N.Y. native had straight set wins against No. 40 Georgia Tech and Clemson. On Sunday against Bentley, Mullins earned a straight-set victory in his singles match and added a win in doubles play as well.
