NEW YORK CITY -- Day one of competition at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge saw Boston College's distance medley relay team run the second-fastest time in school history.
The quartet of Anna Oeser (1,200m - 3:29.14), Kyla Krawczyk (400m - 55.75), Kate Mitchell (800m - 2:06.78), and Lauren White (mile - 4:39.68) finished second overall in a time of 11:11.37. It is currently the 11th-best performance in the country this season.
Isabella Bruno registered the eighth-best performance in BC history in the long jump, with a leap of 5.
