GREENSBORO N.C. – Freshman guard Makayla Dickens was named to the All-ACC Freshman Team, as announced today by the conference office. Dickens earned a spot on the Coaches All-ACC Freshman Team, as well as the Blue Ribbon All-Freshman Team, which is voted on by media outlets in each ACC city.
Dickens is the seventh Eagle in program history to earn All-Freshman Team accolades.
The Virginia Beach, Virginia product is BC's second leading scorer (12.1 ppg.), second on the team in assists (4.0) and third in rebounding (5.2 rpg.). She is the third highest among ACC rookies in scoring and is 11th overall in assists in the conference.
