CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Freshman Aidan Cunningham placed first in the 2023 Intercollegiate Tech Dinghy Championship on Saturday, joining three other Eagles within the top ten of finishers.
Cunningham placed second in the final race to secure the victory over MIT's Alexander Horne. He joined fellow Eagles Jack Plavan (5th), Jack Redmond (6th), Graham Ness (8th), and Cole Canuel (13th) among the top fifteen finishers in the event, with four of them earning a top-ten finish in their final race to secure their position.
The Eagles also competed for the NEISA Women's Fleet Race Championship and the BDC Trophy, placing 7th and 6th, respectively.
