Boston College quarterback Phil Jurkovec’s injured his right hand in the first drive of Saturday’s game against UMass, and updates have been pretty scarce since then. BC Athletics announced that he would be getting x-rays and tests done on the hand/wrist over the weekend, and while there haven’t been any updates just yet on the results, Phil Jurkovec himself did post a photo to an Instagram story on Monday afternoon showing his throwing hand fully wrapped at Newton-Wellesley Hospital:
This is, needless to say, not the most positive update we could have gotten, but it’s also a bare minimum of information, so we should all try to keep our heads.
