In its first game without starting goalkeeper Cedric Saladin, Boston College men’s soccer took its first loss of the season, falling 2-0 to the University of New Hampshire. UNH opened the scoring in the 30th minute off of a BC own goal, which came off of a corner kick. The ball deflected off of a defenseman’s shoulder and past goalkeeper Antonio Chavez Borelli.

Without many chances, the Eagles didn’t have a great opportunity to even the score until the 87th minute, when Beto Lung found a Mohammad Moro service right in front of the UNH goalkeeper, but was unable to finish and pushed it wide.
