Hours before the start of Thursday night’s game between Boston College and Massachusetts-Amherst, Boston College athletics announced via Twitter that defenseman Luke McInnis will be out for the remainder of the season with an undisclosed lower body injury.

McInnis, a sophomore, has played in all but two games this season, contributing five assists during the 2017-18 campaign.
