The Boston College Athletics Department announced Thursday afternoon that it will be retiring the jerseys of Boston College men’s basketball legends Dana Barros and John Bagley.
The jerseys will be retired on Feb. 25 during halftime of the BC’s game with Va. Tech at Conte Forum. A ceremony at halftime will be conducted in conjunction with the retirement.
Both Barros and Bagley’s numbers will remain in rotation following the ceremony.
“In the rich history of Boston College basketball, Dana Barros and John Bagley are two of the finest players this program has ever had,” BC coach Jim Christian said in a press release from the department.
