Game time has been announced for the upcoming Boston College women's lacrosse national tournament game against Stony Brook. The Eagles will host the Seawolves at 4 PM on Friday, May 13th, with the winner moving onto face fourth-ranked Syracuse on Sunday in the Second Round.
The Eagles enter the tournament after a 10-8 regular season in which they went just 2-5 in ACC play. They ranked only 20th in RPI this year, and they weren't ranked by the Inside Lacrosse poll. But they were tied for 16th with Massachusetts in the most recent IWLCA Coaches Poll, a team they defeated in March, 9-8, and their strength of schedule included the entire ACC plus games against Johns Hopkins and Florida.
