CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College Athletics has initiated a plan to return to play for BC student-athletes, beginning with the football team returning to campus today. As Boston College, the city of Boston and the state of Massachusetts begin to reopen, Boston College Athletics developed a COVID-19 operational plan that will adhere to all federal, state, medical and university guidelines to safely return and begin voluntary workouts.
Among the new protocols in place include limited personnel in the facilities at all times, face coverings to be worn in all common areas and daily screening and temperature checks for staff and student-athletes.
