Boston College Comes Up Short at Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, Pa.. – Boston College dropped a 24-16 road game at Pittsburgh on Thursday night.

Thomas Castellanos was 13-for-25 for 171 yards, a touchdown, and two interceptions. He rushed 17 times for 33 yards. Kye Robichaux rushed 24 times for 118 yards. Lewis Bond led the Eagles with five catches for 65 yards and a touchdown. Dino Tomlin hauled in two passes for 36 yards,

The Eagles got on the scoreboard first, as Liam Connor connected from 42 yards for his career-long field goal. The opening drive covered 14 plays and 61 yards and nearly six minutes on the clock.
