It was a pretty solid season opening performance on Saturday afternoon for the Boston College basketball team, stuffing St. Francis - a team that qualified for the NIT last season - by a score of 75-49 at Conte Forum. We also get a good taste of Eli Carter's slick ballhandling skills and good shot. In his competitive debut for the Eagles, Carter dropped 23 points and added 7 rebounds, along with a steal in 27 minutes of play.
