CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The doubles team of and cracked the Top-15 in the first ITA National Doubles Rankings of the spring season, announced today by the association. This is the highest ranking in program history and currently the fourth-best ranking in the ACC.
The Eagles duo started the spring season on fire, earning a flawless 4-0 against Merrimack, Brown, DePaul, and Furman. Carrying over from the fall campaign, Vassel and Bianchi hold an 11-2 record in official matches.
During fall action, the doubles team claimed victories against top-tier opponents Alabama, Oklahoma State, and Princeton.
