WAKEFIELD, Mass. – Hockey East announced Monday that Boston College forward Delaney Belinskas has been named the league's Player of the Week. The senior tied for the national lead with three goals and two game-winning goals on the week to help the Eagles to two wins.
Belinskas scored the game-winning goal in BC's 3-1 win over No. 10 Harvard on Tuesday night in the Beanpot Tournament consolation game. Against Maine on Friday, Belinskas scored two goals, including the overtime game-winning goal, for her sixth multi-goal outing of the year. The Port Orange, Fla.
