BCI Hall Of Fame Class of 2018: Carolyn Swords

Carolyn Swords, who played for the Boston College women’s basketball team from 2007-11, is one of the most well rounded players in program history. Swords, who now plays for the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces, played 133 games for the Eagles’ women’s basketball team, more than any other player and holds many of the teams other records as well.

While at BC, Swords averaged 15.7 points per game and 8.7 rebounds per game. She is second in program history with 2,029 career points (just under 500 points behind BC legend Sarah Behn) and she is the program leader in career rebounds with 1,159.
