The Eagles capped off a two game road “series” with the Northeastern Huskies on Saturday with a 4-2 road win at Matthews Arena.
BC last played on Sunday last week, earning a disappointing tie against Northeastern with a couple Eagles off the ice due to illness. But it was a much better showing six days later.
The Eagles shot out of a cannon, but didn’t have anything to show for it until late in the second period. Erin Connolly squeezed home a rebound with under four minutes to play in the period to give BC the one goal lead.
