FORT MYERS, FLA -- Boston College Softball gets set to compete in the FGCU Tournament this weekend to continue their 2023 season. They will take on Lipscomb and Middle Tennessee on Friday, Middle Tennessee and FAU on Saturday, and FGCU on Sunday.
Last weekend in Tampa, the Eagles took part in the USF Tournament to begin their 2023 season. They defeated Illinois State 4-0 where Sophomore pitcher Abby Dunning threw her first career no hitter.
BC also had two wins against USF, in the first, Senior Abigail Knight hit the game winning three run homer in the seventh inning to give the Eagles a 4-2 lead.
