BC Suffers Setback at Notre Dame

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Boston College women's basketball team suffered a 74-61 defeat to No. 18/20 Notre Dame on Sunday afternoon in Purcell Pavilion.

The Eagles fall to 14-7 and 5-5 in the ACC, while Notre Dame improves to 16-4 and 7-2 in the conference.

Cameron Swartz scored a team-high 18 points to go along with seven rebounds and three assists. Swartz went perfect at the line hitting all seven of her free throw attempts. The senior extended her career-long streak to nine straight games with 10 or more points. Taylor Soule chipped with 11 points to round out the leading scorers and corralled seven off the glass.
