BC Falls By a Run in Game Two to Miami

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Boston College baseball team lost to Miami, 4-3, at Mark Light Field on Friday evening. The match-up featured stellar pitching on both sides for the second night in a row as Eagles' junior lefty pitched 7.2 innings.

Hurricane RHP Evan McKendry (7-6) got the win with 11 strikeouts in 6.2 innings. He allowed three runs, all unearned, on seven hits and three walks. Metzdorf (1-8) struck out six and surrendered four runs on seven hits and just two walks.

BC was on the board with a single run in both the first and second inning.
