CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Ally VanTimmeren and Ava McGee represented Boston College women's basketball as the two members on the ACC All-Academic Team, as announced by the conference office on Thursday.
VanTimmeren, a management major, played in all 33 games with six starts. The Michigan native led the team in scoring off the bench, averaging 5.7 points per game, and made a career-high in field goals and free throws made.
Five of VanTimmeren's six outings in double figures came in ACC play, including a career-high tying 17 points on 8-for-9 shooting against Pittsburgh on Jan.
