‘That’s what we used to do to teams’: Warriors’ Stephen Curry praises Celtics after blowout loss

Stephen Curry, whose Warriors squad has already accomplished many of the things this Celtics team aspires to do, knows how it feels to absolutely crush an opponent.

That’s what the Celtics did to Golden State on Sunday afternoon. Boston was up by 44 at halftime, and ended up winning by 52. Warriors coach Steve Kerr said after the game that he wanted to “flush” the dreadful performance from his memory.

For Curry, it was a reminder of what the Warriors used to be.

“They’re hitting 10 threes in the first quarter, that’s what we used to do to teams,” Curry told reporters, according to video posted by CLNS Media.
