The Boston Celtics defeated the Charlotte Hornets on Monday by a score of 100-80. The win pushes the Celtics’ Summer League record to 2-1.
Semi Ojeleye came out of the gates strong with 7 points on 3⁄4 shooting in his first 8 minutes. This came as a nice improvement after the forward finished with just 3 points in Saturday’s loss to the Denver Nuggets. Ojeleye would ultimately finish with 13 points and 7 rebounds on 5/10 FG.
Brad Stevens spoke to the media at halftime and seems to enjoy Ojeleye’s play:
Unfortunately, game three lacked Guerschon Yabusele posters Jabari Bird 360 dunks, but the Celtics did have a solid courtside crew taking in this one.
