When news came out that Anthony Davis actually had the Celtics on his list of teams he'd be willing to play for, Celtics fans rejoiced. Unfortunately that was quickly muted when Davis said all 29 teams (besides the Pelicans) are on his list. So the list he was talking about was where he'd be willing to play next season. He has no say in the matter. The Pelicans control that.
The list which actually matters is where Davis would be willing to sign long term. According to Shams, its still the Lakers, Clippers, Knicks, and Bucks, and then two additional mystery teams, neither being Boston.
