Sam Hauser has been on fire from three-point range lately.
Following his 23-point performance on 7 for 8 shooting from beyond the arc on Saturday, Hauser officially holds a Celtics franchise record. His 20 threes in the last three games are the most in such a span in Boston history.
Even better? The previous record holder was Jayson Tatum (19), who just broke that record in January.
“I think it’s just a comfort level of knowing that his teammates are looking for him,” Joe Mazzulla said of the feat. “I think that’s really what it is … if you look at most of his threes, they’re really good passes, timely passes into a shot.
