The G-League Maine Red Claws may have jumped the gun on claiming big man, Thomas Robinson, but an official claim may take place today. Robinson is a 28-year-old, 6'9", 237-pound journeyman who has played for five NBA teams since being chosen with the 5th overall pick in the first round of the 2012 NBA draft.
There is no immediate indication that Robinson would take the Celtics final roster spot for the playoffs, but that may happen.
