In his first spring as Boston College’s head football coach, Bill O’Brien has had a steady stream of notable names swing by practice.
That list includes Dan Koppen, Ernie Adams, and Brian Hoyer, to name a few.
On Saturday, three more celebrities with local ties joined the list: Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla, former Eagle and NFL star quarterback Matt Ryan, and BC Hall of Fame offensive lineman Gosder Cherilus.
Both Mazzulla and Ryan addressed the team and shared some words of wisdom.
O’Brien said it was “awesome” to have them and that he really appreciates them carving out time.
