Just a couple hours prior to tip-off of Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Gordon Hayward’s wife, Robyn, announced via Instagram the birth of the couple’s fourth child and first son.
Robyn revealed that their newborn son — Gordon Theodore Hayward — is named after his father, but the family is calling him Theo. Hayward already has a nickname for his son and is calling him GT.
At the start of the NBA bubble, Hayward planned to leave the Celtics to be in attendance for his son’s birth.
