The New York Post reports via anonymous source that Grousbeck dropped $58 million on a palatial contemporary-style home in the luxe Hamptons enclave of Bridgehampton. 165 Surfside Drive is an eight-bed, nine-bath (eight full, one half) mansion measuring 8,600 square feet that boasts 125 feet of direct ocean frontage, according to the listing. Built in 2024, the house sits on a 1.5-acre lot that includes white sandy beaches and stunning views of the Atlantic.
