Evan Turner was a guest on Gilbert Arenas' talk show and provided a story from 2012 on why he thinks NBA games are rigged. Turner would go on to play and coach for the Celtics. The idea that the Celtics/76ers series was not 100% on the up and up was also a storyline in Adam Sandler's Uncut Gems movie from years back.
Personally I'm not a big fan of the idea that NBA players may find the prospect of some NBA games being rigged fine, as long as it means more money for them in subsequent CBA's.
