Sixty of the top youth basketball players in Asia will gather in Singapore for a four-day Basketball Without Borders Asia camp next weekend. And, Celtics guard Derrick White is making the trip to coach the young prospects, which will include 30 boys and 30 girls under the age of 17.
Basketball Without Borders (BWB) is a basketball camp organized by the NBA in conjunction with FIBA. Since 2001, BWB has hosted camps in 53 cities across 33 countries, engaging more than 4,600 participants.
Alongside White, Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey and Portland Trail Blazers center Duop Reath will coach the camp, as will WNBA legend Ticha Penicheiro.
