That was a fun way to start the season. Boston's defense could have been better but I liked the way they played with a quicker pace and moved the ball more. The dislike for Doc Rivers is interesting. Everyone knows how I feel about defense and I have disliked Doc Rivers since the season after the championship when he made the comment that they work on offense in practice because defense takes care of itself because half the team has to play defense when they are working on offense. Most coaches at least give lip service to making defense their priority, even if they don't get it to work out that way.
