According to Shams Charania and Ramona Shelburne of ESPN, Wyc Grousbeck will no longer stay on board with the Boston Celtics as part of the sale, which is slated to transfer ownership to Bill Chisholm. The original plan was for Grousbeck to be with the organization through 2028, but now, that is no longer the case. Grousbeck has been a friendly face for Celtics fans to latch onto, and his place alongside Chisholm was supposed to make the transition less worrisome.
