After reportedly playing the last few months of the Celtics‘ season on a partially torn right meniscus, Jaylen Brown recently underwent a procedure to address the injury.
According to a brief Celtics announcement on Wednesday, the 28-year-old Brown “today underwent a successful right knee arthroscopic debridement procedure.”
The Celtics update added that his return timeline is favorable.
“He is expected to participate in training camp without limitation,” the team said in its statement.
Brown, the 2024 NBA Finals MVP, started to appear on the team’s injury report in February.
