Celtics injury report offers both good and bad news ahead of Game 2

BOSTON — The Celtics will be without Sam Hauser for Game 2 against the Knicks. But, Kristaps Porzingis, who left Monday’s game against the Knicks with a non-COVID illness, is available to play.

After Tuesday’s film session, Joe Mazzulla said that Kristaps Porzingis has been dealing with the lingering effects of an illness that kept him out of 11 games this Spring. He returned to the lineup on March 15th,

“Since he came back, he’s kind of been dealing with it — working through it, fighting through it, doing the best he can,” Mazzulla said.
