Celtics' former forward is finding his footing in new home

Former Boston Celtics forward Oshae Brissett, who won an NBA Championship with the team in 2024, has moved on to international basketball. Last year, Brissett spent some time in the G League with the Long Island Nets, and he also played six games with the Philadelphia 76ers toward the end of the season.

However, after not getting an NBA contract this past summer, Brissett decided to head overseas, inking a deal with Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv in Israel for the 2025-26 campaign. He’s been playing heavy minutes for the club, though his efficiency hasn’t been ideal, and the team is only 3-10 in EuroLeague play.
