Monday, the Boston Celtics found their way into the win column for the first time this season. The visitors capped their two-tilt road trip with a 122-90 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.
However, that was an opponent missing Zion Williamson. Wednesday night at TD Garden, the Cleveland Cavaliers will have Donovan Mitchell in the lineup.
"He will definitely go out there and try it," said Cleveland's head coach, Kenny Atkinson, pregame, while discussing Mitchell testing out his hamstring injury before tip-off. The injury popped up earlier on Wednesday.
Fortunately for the visitors, after going through a rigorous pregame workout, Mitchell broke the news to ESPN's Katie George that he intends to suit up against the Celtics.
