When we first created this blog back in September 2009, we wanted to make it a place for Celtics fans from all over the world to get-together and be both informed and entertained on all things Celtics.
I had always watched every Celtics game I could growing up in Boston. Initially just the away games with Gil Santos and Bob Cousy, as well as the national tv home games, which Tommy Heinsohn ironically was the color commentator for. Then when we finally got cable I could watch all the games.
So going away to college in Chicago in the 90's, while great in terms of getting to experience the Bulls titles 4 through 6, posed some difficulties for someone who was a Celtics fan.
