Coach Stevens is a hoops savant. He has an incredible knowledge for the game because he has been around it for a very long time. Brad started his head coaching career at Butler University, where he led the Bulldogs to an NCAA Tournament appearance in five of the six years that he coached there. During his inaugural season at Butler, the 31-year-old Stevens became the third youngest Division I coach ever to reach 30 wins.
The success that Brad Stevens had in college followed him when he joined the Boston Celtics. When he was named as the new head coach during the summer of 2013, Brad was not a household name.
