Overall, the 2021 NBA Offseason has been a smashing success for the Boston Celtics as newly appointed President of Basketball Operations, Brad Stevens, has seemingly been hell-bent on reconstructing the team’s roster to give rookie head coach, Ime Udoka, a better rotation to work with this coming campaign than he personally did last season.
