Though the Boston Celtics’, and the entire NBA season is still in the midst of their COVID-19 induced hiatus, as things currently stand, the league’s future endeavors — free agency, draft, etc. — are still scheduled as originally planned. And, until further notice, this will continue to be the case, which gives the media and fans something to hold out hope for even if the 2019-20 season never winds up coming back to action.
In regard to the 2020 NBA Draft, the Celtics will presumably be one of the busiest teams, as they hold the rights to three first round picks: the Memphis Grizzlies’ at 17, their own at 26, and the Milwaukee Bucks’ at 30.
