Behind Marcus Morris’ 30 points, Celtics blaze to tough victory in Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. — Evan Turner keeps track of his old Celtics team, even if most of the faces have changed since he signed with Portland two seasons ago.

But last night the Blazers swingman needed yet another scorecard when Brad Stevens put his injury-ravaged team on the floor.

“Tough right now, but hopefully they’ll get everyone (back) before the playoffs and make a push,” said Turner. “You’d hate to see it end that way.”

How it ends is anyone’s guess at this point, with Kyrie Irving scheduled to have a minor knee procedure today without any known timetable for a return.
