The newest member of the Boston Celtics, David Lee, organized a players-only dinner meeting during the team's first night of a preseason trip to Italy, according to the Herald

The power forward invited all his teammates out to “Il Tavolino” — a nice restaurant not far from the team hotel — for a players-only dinner in their very first night in Milan. “It’s the nice part of a trip like this,” said the former Warrior. “Nobody brought their families or friends, it’s just us over here, so little things like this one are very important as a way to come together as a team.”
Part of the reason that Boston acquired Lee was for his championship experience with the Golden State Warriors.
Lee averaged 7.9 points and 5.2 rebounds in 18.4 minutes per game with Golden State last season.
