The Bruins anticipate Tuukka Rask may rejoin the team Tuesday.
Coach Bruce Cassidy said he planned to meet Monday with the netminder, who has been away from the team attending to a personal matter since Friday. Rask could be back on board for a lengthy road trip, which begins Wednesday in Colorado and runs through Dallas, Arizona and Detroit.
“Right now the focus for us is on Vegas,’’ Cassidy said of the Bruins (9-5-2), who host the defending Western Conference champion at 7 p.m. Sunday at TD Garden. Dan Vladar, recalled from AHL Providence, was the backup to Jaroslav Halak during Saturday’s 5-1 win over Toronto.
