First off, take these with plenty of salt. only some of the bottom six forwards skated this morning so it’s even more unclear as to who will slot in.
Ondrej Kase is the new look here, and as might have been initially expected, he pushes the remaining forwards down the roster a little bit. There should be some allowance for learning curve and his speed combined with his so-called “cultural alignment” with fellow Czech David Krejci might make adjusting that much easier. It’s no promise that he sticks in the top six.
