Long-term impact of Marchand's breakout season

Just 33 seconds into overtime on Tuesday night, Loui Eriksson found an open spot behind Blue Jackets defenseman Seth Jones and in front of Columbus goalie Joonas Korpisalo. He took a fantastic pass from Torey Krug and calmly redirected for the game-winning goal. It was a goal that ran his goal streak to four games, scoring in every single game of the Bruins' current road trip.

It was a sequence Eriksson started and finished, showing once again just how complete of a player he is on both sides of the ice.
