Bruins release 2021-2022 roster

The Bruins released their official roster for the 2021-2022 season this afternoon, and there aren't really many surprises.

The only notable "will he or won't he" was answered with a "won't," as Jack Studnicka was left off the roster.

As a result Studnicka will begin the season in Providence.

It makes sense: it's better for Studnicka to get top line minutes in Providence than it is for him to sit in the press box in Boston.

Other than that, things are as expected.

Your forwards are Patrice Bergeron, Anton Blidh, Charlie Coyle, Jake DeBrusk, Nick Foligno, Trent Frederic, Taylor Hall, Erik Haula, Karson Kuhlman, Curtis Lazar (he'll begin the season on IR), Brad Marchand, Tomas Nosek, David Pastrnak, and Craig Smith.
