Malcolm Subban was recent called up to serve as Tuukka Rask‘s backup when Jonas Gustavsson was taken to the hospital after the first period of the Bruins’ game against the Anaheim Ducks. After being returned to the Providence Bruins of the AHL, Malcolm Subban unfortunately experienced a similar fate.
