Anders Bjork is out for the season

A busy day for the Bruins continues, as the team announced that Anders Bjork will miss the rest of the season after having shoulder surgery on Tuesday.

From the team:

Anders Bjork underwent a successful left shoulder arthroscopy and labral repair on February 20, 2018. The surgery was performed by Dr. Peter Asnis at Massachusetts General Hospital, and the expected recovery time is approximately six months.

Tough break for the kid.

He was injured back on the 30th of January when Francois Beauchemin of the Anaheim Ducks clamped down on him in a puck battle.
